We Cannot Promote the use of TeamViewer
AGIX promotes the use of products and services from businesses that demonstrate ethical behaviour, clear and sensible licensing, and good customers service. Our Partners page lists some businesses and brands that we recommend. However, TeamViewer is not a business that we can recommend. Our experience with TeamViewer is similar to many others (see these public reviews) who claim to have had issues with their questionable billing practices, poor customer service, and potentially illegal practices. We will not detail our own experiences on this page, except to say that our use of their products and services has ended.
